ADSENSE ALTERNATIVES

The latest to draw my attention in a positive manner is
I have to thank a reader ,Adam,for the tip to check out this firm.Since this is month one with them I have no recommendations,just what they tell me.PayPal or cheque,$20.00 minimum payout is a plus.The referral program seems to reward only for the selling of ads and not for bringing in new publishers,which no doubt is why no one told me of them before,and is a negative in terms of future growth.They are still in Beta and do not even have a stats page in place.They offer PTC ads but hope to become a CDC site,none of which have ever to my knowledge succeed,at least not with out PTC as well.As with all newcomers I wish them the best but hold recommending them to you.
I have been on three sides with this ad agency.I first thought they may be of some interest,it seemed they a lot going for them,PayPal,referral system,great support.Then I discovered what they were paying and where the ads were coming from and swore they were worthless.
After several discussions with the owners it was decided that errors had been made from both of us,mine when I applied,I passed over much of what they requested,as such my account was given the bottom feed,the very worst ads possible.Many companies have this policy,RevenuePilot is another.The difference in epc is an approximate 1/100.The bottom feed top ad will pay 0ne cent,while the top feed pays $1.00(examples only to show ratio)
So if you have a site that has a good amount of SEO traffic,with original self edited text,as well as a niche in one of the top 200 or so searched items,then they just may be a great addition for your site.
Another bonus for those of us living in North America is that they pay and bid in Euros,so that can be a large bonus-presently 40-60%
I would strongly suggest that if and when you apply you quote some if this,or be sure to tell them you are interested in the top feed only,if that is unavailable to you,then they are of no interest.

While I have not seen any large paying clicks,they are averaging higher then many of the newcomers,and are much better then most.I still do not called them great,but they have potential if they can gain a larger base and start charging more for ads.
They have many positives that I look for in new ad agencies.First they are of course PayPal friendly,but also have a low minimum payout of only $10.00.That alone makes them worth a risk as your 3 or 4th ad suppliers-for once again I advise everyone everywhere to carry multiple ad sources on your pages-I promise your earnings will be increased.Great stats and choices of ad types-though they seem limited in clients for now at least.The brief encounter I had with support went excellently-my problem was solved and I was notified within 2 hours.
They are also accepting publishers worldwide and seem to have good local content for most-a plus in this day and age.

WidgetBucks - Trend Watch - WidgetBucks.com A concept that seems like a winner,with some great epc-perhaps to great,as I wonder at how well the ads will convert,as they seem almost to enticing.I suspect that there will be an above average amount of casual clickers,those who are more curious about the ad then they products advertised.Time will tell.Referral program,$50.00 minimum with both cheque and ETOLOGY ADS-

AdsClicks-I received this letter from Ads-Click in response to a ticket I put in about no ads appearing many times-please take the appropriate action with your accounts-they refuse to reply to me about payments so I think they will screw publishers-I advise you immediately remove ads-clicks from your pages and select a replacement based on these reviews.

Even before this news I was longer recommending AdsClicks,as they have gone from an average if 8 cents per click down to less then one cent.
I have dine all the recommend tasks they suggested,all to no avail,they simply have lost all their advertisers except for those useless "Looking for" types.
To make it worse,over 70% of the time the ads are not visible.
They used to have good support,good selection,good stats,you can decide on which keywords to choice under given categories. Now I can not even get a reply from them-I advise against them,and if you have them and are still being successful please let others know with the link at the very top of the page
More Negatives>-minimum payout of $50.00 is too high,no referral program-,though please tell me asap if you join after reading my review,as they offered me a private plan.While they seemed to have decent paying ads at the beginning they have been getting lower and lower every month.The code they use seems to be mistrusted by most security measures,making many ads invisible.Now for:
The FAN network has a complex Pro marketing plan that I have not fully explored,and so can not give an informed opinion on extensive yet.My review here needs an update which I will do once I have again had ads for a month.I lost them there for a while due to changes they had made and I never submitted my pages for approval till now,Mid March/08.They have some loyal publishers and advertisers have reported good result to me as well,so I will now give them a tentative nod. They have extensive advertising and a lot of buzz,and they claim they will knock Google off their high horse,and Man,I wish them the best,but am keeping my money so far,but plan on using them as a free member.Some difficulties in getting code to work on many pages,they claim if the approve the main domain the code will work on all pages,not true so far,resulting in me having them in far fewer places then I wished.I have contacted support,which of late as been excellent,but on this issue they have not responded. Bi-monthly Paypal or cheque-$20.00 minimum,recently lowered from $50.00, a wise move.Referral program pays 8% lifetime,respectable.
Exoclick-extremely arrogant and condescending support,very low paying,I have had the same two ads here for months.$10.00 minimum payout sounds good until you realize it may take you six months to earn that much..Referral program.
I certainly feel there is room for more AdSense Alternatives, at the same time I urge caution,for while I don't have the exact numbers,it seems that for every one that succeeds another two will fail.
So please,never rely heavily on any one ad source,spread out the risk by joining many and using at least three sources on every page you publish.
Not only will you be spreading out your risk,you will also end up earning more,for the more ad selection you offer,the more chance a visitor to your site will find something that will interest them.Avoid AdSense types that only give you ads on your major topic,go for a random selection.People are not machines with one track minds but have wide interests.Always use at least one Premium ad source,such as BidVertiser or RevenuePilot per page,with at least two of the lesser sources such as the ones shown on this page.
